Despite attempts to address these issues directly with the management company, including an email sent over a week ago (please see the forwarded message below), there has been no acknowledgment, response, or action taken to rectify the situation.

The concerns include persistent water leaks leading to collapsing ceilings, mold growth, and trip hazards which pose significant risks to the health and safety of the residents. The situation is dire, and the lack of action from MCR Homes exacerbates the risk, demonstrating a disregard for resident welfare and safety regulations.

Furthermore, I would like to draw your attention to a distressing review on Trustpilot, highlighting the severity of the situation faced by residents, including those with very young children.
