MCR Homes disputes claims but holds regular meetings with the fire brigade

As you have not experienced any water ingress or mold within your apartment you are not aware of what action MCR Homes and the developer has taken to address the issues or the ways in which we have been supporting the tenants affected. I therefore strongly dispute your claims that MCR Homes has demonstrated a disregard for welfare and safety.

You have made it quite clearly you are not happy with the finish of your apartment claiming that it is ‘wonky’ and have made complaints about the lift speaking in different languages and an attempted break due to damage found on the inside of your apartment. You have also been compensated for an issue you faced at the commencement of your tenancy.

The Old Works undergoes thorough Health & Safety checks including Fire Risk Assessments and holds regular site meetings with the Fire brigade to ensure that the development remains compliant at all times.
