Sending email to Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service and Bucks council

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you as a resident of the Old Works building, managed by MCR Homes, located on Leigh Street, High Wycombe, HP11 2WL. Despite my efforts to address critical fire safety concerns with the management company, I have received no acknowledgment or response to my communications. Given the gravity of some of those issues and their potential risk to the safety and well-being of all residents, I am compelled to seek your intervention.

Below, I am forwarding an email sent to MCR Homes on 10/02/2024, which outlines several significant fire safety concerns within the building.

To date, there has been no action taken by MCR Homes to address these concerns, nor have I received any form of response from them. The lack of communication and action from the management company is alarming, and I fear for the safety of myself and my fellow residents if these issues are not addressed promptly.

I kindly request your attention to this matter. An inspection or any form of intervention from your respective authorities would be greatly appreciated to ensure that these fire safety concerns are adequately addressed, and the safety of the residents is secured.
